&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;New page&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div&gt;A couple of &amp;quot;solutions&amp;quot; have been posted about this on the mailing list.  One option was to reset the Xbee modem every 5 minutes.  Though that is a work-around, it is a questionable one at best.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Another option sent only the minimal telemetry on a regular basis for a smooth GCS view and all other messages at 5 second intervals.  But it seems that this approach will be somewhat an invasive change to the code base.&lt;br /&gt;
