Can someone post a bill of materials and a pcb-layout? That is the name of the thermopiles and amps to look for?

FMA and resistors
Dean Goedde in his interview on DIYDrones "All about IR sensing vs. gyros" states that the unit is not in fact designed for 5V but for 3V already.
